Facilities Assistant

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the suite
• Performing daily cleaning, vacuuming & sanitizing
• Performing MAC and Event support activities
• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• May perform day porter functions and disinfecting
• Assisting Facility Technicians as needed in supporting Facility Operations

• 5 years of Custodial/Janitorial experience in an office/lab environment
• Familiar with standard cleaning techniques and operation of custodial equipment
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literate

No Clearance Required

Limited to infrequent local travel
