We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual for the DAY PORTER Position at an office building in North Charleston. A dependable team member who is detail‑oriented and can work independently.

Day Time Position – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Ability to work around facility tenants.
• Sweep or vacuum, damp mop hard‑surface floors, and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass.
• Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of the building, replace torn or soiled liners.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Clean exterior employee lounging area.
• Work effectively with other team members, restocking supplies for the evening crew.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures – including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
