Job SummaryMaintains grounds of community in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Clean common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis. Water and upkeep community landscaping as instructed. Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
- Responsible for daily upkeep of the community buildings and grounds that includes cleaning and removing of trash.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the community and/or the company.
- Assist with “make-ready” and/or miscellaneous duties when requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
