Salary $90,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with residential real estate experience to join our Summerville office.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina bar.
• 5+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
• Experience with residential real estate closings.
• Title experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
