We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with residential real estate experience to join our Summerville office.
Qualifications- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the South Carolina bar.
- 5+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
- Experience with residential real estate closings.
- Title experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
