Overview

We’re seeking a Vitally Administrator – Customer Operations to support a rapidly growing SaaS company dedicated to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. This part-time project role offers an exciting chance to manage Vitally platform configurations and optimize critical workflows for customer success teams. As the company continues to scale, this opportunity provides valuable exposure to revenue operations.

Vitally Administrator Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary platform owner, handling configuration and ongoing optimization of Vitally.
  • Develop, refine, and manage playbooks, success workflows, and automated processes to support customer engagement.
  • Design and adjust dashboards and reports to provide clear insights for leadership and customer success managers.
  • Troubleshoot and correct data accuracy and integration challenges between Vitally and Hub Spot.
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure operational needs are met and document best practices for scalability.
Vitally Administrator Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Vitally.
  • Strong background in Customer Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring workflows, dashboards, playbooks, and integrations.
  • Comfortable working in SaaS environments with complex data and tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced setting.
