• developing and maintaining detailed project management plans that align with dod contract specifications and strategic objectives
• overseeing project lifecycle activities, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, effective resource allocation, and adherence to budget constraints
• coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to synchronize project efforts and resolve issues promptly
• monitoring project performance by tracking key performance indicators and conducting regular risk assessments to mitigate potential delays
• preparing comprehensive status reports and presentations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and decision-making

• seven plus years experience in a project management specialist role
• bachelor’s degree in a related field
• demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources in accordance with dod contract requirements.
• proven expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with mission objectives.
• pmp (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• possess an active dod secret security clearance

• proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., ms project, primavera) to enhance planning and tracking efficiency
• experience with agile and lean project management methodologies to drive continuous process improvement
• strong analytical and risk management skills to anticipate project challenges and implement proactive solutions
• exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
