Quality Inspector — North Charleston, SC — Contract Position — $31.43-$37.66/Hour

Responsibilities- Inspect products for conformance to engineering requirements and document objective evidence.
- Perform routine audits, surveillance, and monitoring of processes and products.
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming parts or materials.
- Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conformances.
- Support product/process verification reviews with customers.
- Track recurring or high-risk non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests.
- High school diploma or GED (vocational training or associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another regulated industry
- 1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office tools:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - 1+ years’ experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to work any shift as assigned
- 1+ years’ experience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, thread gages, go/no-go gages
- Experience with CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System)
- Experience working in REDARS (Review of Engineering Data and Record System) and IVT (In-Process Verification Tool)
