Math Content Coach; Placement

Overview

Bright Bee, an innovative staffing organization, is partnering with schools to find and hire exceptional talent. We are currently leading the search for a Math Content Coach for Acceleration Academies in the North Charleston area in South Carolina.

Serve as the primary instructional coach for "Graduation Candidates" (GCs), focusing on personalized, competency-based math content to help them graduate and plan for the future. You ll be part of a collaborative support team. This is an onsite role, Monday-Friday, 9:30-5:30p/EST

• Academics: Teach math (1:1 and small groups), monitor student progress using data, provide enrichment/remediation, and attend professional meetings.
• Student Support: Advise GCs, track attendance/wellness, support new student enrollment, and collaborate with the support team on learning pathways and transition plans.

• Required: Bachelor s Degree,
  South Carolina 6-12 Secondary Math Certification.
• Experience: 2+ years of teaching (high school preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, planning, and collaboration.

Salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 plus comprehensive benefits (401k match (4% match), medical, flexible PTO, and professional development reimbursement).

Must be passionate about helping at-risk youth succeed.
