This position allows you to come in based on your availability. Join us in creating a positive impact on the lives of our students while enjoying a competitive salary of $18 - $19 hourly.

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities as directed by the lead teacher
• Provide a safe and loving environment for preschool-aged children
• Follow established classroom procedures and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support individual and group needs of children, including behavior management and conflict resolution
• Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure continuity in the children's learning and development

• 6+ months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments
• Understanding of basic classroom management techniques
• Have availability to sub 2+ days a week

$18 hourly
