About the Position
Locum Jobs Online  is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified General Dentistry DDS in South Carolina!

We are seeking an experienced Dentist with pediatric experience for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina. This opportunity starts on Feb 9, 2026, and features a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts. The ideal candidate will hold an active South Carolina dental license, have a Medicaid , and be comfortable performing hygiene checks in a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the office in managing patient volume efficiently
Perform hygiene checks as required
Work from two dental chairs while supporting five hygiene columns and an overflow column
Deliver high-quality dental care to pediatric and general patient populations
Maintain compliance with Medicaid and DEA requirements

Additional Information
Must have active South Carolina dental license
Pediatric experience required
Medicaid
DEA certification required

Experience with various EMR systems preferred
