Pay range: $17.00/hr.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours will vary based on flight schedules and may increase or decrease due to seasonal flight changes.
General PurposeProvide total customer service to all passengers desiring to use the company’s services, including ticketing, baggage handling, and customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary duties as required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Process passengers’ tickets, check baggage, and monitor carry‑on baggage for size and quantity.
- Assign seats and provide information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry‑on regulations, and seating arrangements.
- Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, accommodate passengers, and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
- Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed and enforce safety/security measures.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as assistance with boarding.
- Perform ad‑hoc assignments requested by the Lead or Supervisor.
- Complete sales reports and other assigned duties.
- Maintain excellent communication skills and read/write English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Work efficiently under time constraints and remain well‑groomed.
- Be pleasant and display a cooperative attitude toward coworkers.
- Be reliable, responsible, and dependable, fulfilling obligations.

Must be able to lift and carry 70‑pound suitcases from the floor to 18 inches and in front of you with both hands for up to 25 feet. Requires physical dexterity for repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, twisting, and sustaining positions for extended periods. Adequate vision is necessary to safely perform essential functions.
Work EnvironmentAirport environment: indoors and outdoors. Extreme outdoor conditions may be encountered, with extreme temperature ranges.
Other Requirements and QualificationsEducation:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent training/experience.
Knowledge:
Basic computer skills with typing speed of 25 wpm.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a 10‑year background check and pre‑employment drug test.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
Must attend and complete required training.
Read and write English.
