Equal parts organizer and collaborator, the Creative Services Project Manager works in close partnership with cross-functional teams and trusted external artisans to shepherd projects from first spark to final flourish.

Your Day to Day:
- Steward creative projects from initial concept through launch, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are accurate and on schedule.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments in Asana to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow for the Creative Services team, balancing priorities across brands and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination.
- Coordinate and support brand photoshoots, including scheduling, logistics, shot lists, and communication with internal teams and external creative partners.
- Partner closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless execution from planning through final asset delivery.
- Manage and maintain creative assets within Canto/PIM, ensuring accurate organization, tracking, and accessibility.
- Maintain and track project budgets and assist with financial documentation, including project P&Ls.
- Ensure accurate preparation, tracking, and delivery of creative documentation and materials.
- Anticipate potential risks related to timelines, production, or resources, and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving forward.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Product Design, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Operations to support launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve creative operations across teams.
- Facilitate team meetings, creative reviews, and cross-functional check-ins to keep work moving efficiently.
- Support the development of centralized systems, workflows, and standards that allow the Creative Services team to scale with consistency and quality.
What you bring to the table:
- 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, design, or luxury brand environment.
- Strong proficiency in Asana and experience working with asset management systems such as Canto or PIM.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots or creative productions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinker who remains calm, flexible, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to support successful seasonal launches.
