Project Management Specialist – Change Coordinator level 3 or 4.
Boeing Commercial Airplanes Business Operations is seeking this role in North Charleston, SC.

• Work with others to integrate product/process change requirements and document changes in change incorporation plans.
• Lead change management efforts cross-functionally to meet program needs.
• Independently develop, coordinate, integrate, and analyze an integrated plan to meet program and project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Perform studies and analyses (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and program initiatives.
• Create schedules, reports, metrics, change activity, and communicate and update plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of the program or project.
• Work to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Assist customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skills.
• Experience with planning and scheduling, Change Management and Compliance & Visibility tools.
• Experience using OPP, ECAS IBEX, ETAC, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

• Experience with BCA Business Operations Processes or applications.
• 3+ years of experience demonstrating leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system.
• Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals.
• Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple priorities.

Summary Pay Range Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650

Summary Pay Range Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850
