Overview
Management Analyst – North Charleston, SC
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational processes and organizational performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics to align with strategic objectives and contract requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to facilitate execution of improvement initiatives and alignment of resources with organizational goals.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by tracking performance data, conducting follow‑up reviews, and adjusting strategies to drive long‑term operational excellence.
- Five or more years experience in a management analyst role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze organizational operations and processes in alignment with contractual requirements and performance metrics.
- Proficient in applying quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to assess current practices, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Skilled in leveraging data analysis and research techniques to develop cost‑effective, actionable insights that support decision‑making and strategic planning.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics, statistical software, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of analytical reports and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams and mentor junior analysts.
U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level are required.
