• monitoring ongoing performance and providing continuous feedback for process adjustments to uphold decision-making excellence

• 10 plus years experience in a management analyst role
• three plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
• master's degree in a related field
• demonstrated capability in evaluating organizational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and formulating improvement strategies in line with dod requirements
• proficient in applying both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess operational performance and drive process optimization
• skilled in developing comprehensive reports and presentations that convey data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
• possess an active dod secret security clearance

• familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., excel, tableau, power bi) to enhance reporting accuracy and operational forecasting
• proven leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior analysts and foster cross-departmental collaboration
• strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings
• experience with process improvement methodologies (such as lean or six sigma) to support continuous organizational enhancement
