Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Analyst - 1st Shift to join our Engineering organization in North Charleston, South Carolina
.
As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Provides analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
- Develops and deploys localized training content.
- This position is for 1st shift.
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management
- 3+ years of experience with project management
- Experience with schedule, logistics and project management at the Director and Vice President level
- Experience working across BCA and with multiple programs
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards.
- Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives
