Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Staff Analyst to support our Manufacturing Support & Supply Chain team in North Charleston, South Carolina
.
We are seeking a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and implementing strategic plans and bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment within our Manufacturing environment. Responsibilities involve data analytics, value-based and practical project management skills, and a solid understanding of time management and organization. A key focus for this role will be onsite supplier and resource planning for the team.
PositionResponsibilities
- Develops plans for long range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Onsite supplier and resource planning
- Reviews data and industrial engineering inputs for chart creation and recommendations
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Develops and deploys localized training content
- Works with sensitive information and safeguards confidential information
- Uses various software, tools and system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workload, responsibilities, problem identification and resolution
- Uses knowledge of techniques to identify and enhance customer capabilities, best practices, resources, and constraints to provide effective support
- 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plans
- 5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to think outside the box
- Advanced critical thinking skills

The specific programs and options available may vary by location, hire date, and collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
