Seacoast Church goes all out in our mission to help others “Find God, Grow your Faith, Discover your Purpose, and Make a Difference.” It’s not magic that makes our church clean and ready to go day in and day out, it’s our Facilities Team! Our Facilities team work hard behind the scenes to prepare our church facilities to host guests during the Weekend Experience, weekly meeting located on site, and special events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities- Heart to Serve
- Clean and prepare buildings for all church services, meetings, as well as special conferences and church events
- Develop a strong working relationship with Campus Pastor and other staff members
- Building Care
- Repair minor needs around the campus and buildings [painting, patch drywall, changing light bulbs and filters, etc]
- Provide exterior building and grounds clean up as needed
- Report major repairs and maintenance needs
- Maintain Inventory Levels
- Manage and maintain an organized stock of cleaning supplies in the supplies closet of each building
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with paper products
- Team Player
- Participate in weekly and monthly staff meetings and prayer meeting opportunities
- Cooperate with Pastoral Staff, Business Administrator, and Facilities Supervisor by performing other duties as requested

- Ability to lift 50 pounds, daily tasks involve standing for long periods of time and bending frequently
- Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment and work without direct supervision
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts and weekend shifts
- Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in housekeeping functions
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks until all are completed
