What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in property upkeep by:
* Preparing Units:
Perform make-ready tasks such as painting and carpet cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
* Providing Support:
Assist the Service Manager or Service Technicians with maintenance tasks as needed.
* Maintaining Grounds:
Work with the Groundskeeper to ensure the property and pool are clean and well-maintained.
* Conducting Preventive Maintenance:
Support filter changes and other routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
* Repairing HVAC Units:
Work on HVAC units and complete necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
* Being Available:
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.
