- Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- During peak seasonal weeks, associates should expect mandatory overtime, which may include extended hours and weekend work.
Tiered Completion Bonus: $500
–$250 based on month of hire.
Seasonal Assignment Duration:

ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders ranging from small seed packets to bulk products, ensuring orders are processed quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
- Use tablet‑based picking software to retrieve and complete assigned batches.
- Locate, scan, and pick items accurately based on digital instructions.
- Verify correct product type, lot, bin, and quantity during picking.
- Place items in appropriate cart bins and transport completed batches to Shipping.
- Maintain high accuracy and strong attention to detail while working quickly and independently.
- Report any picking discrepancies or inventory concerns immediately.
- Assist with cross‑trained duties such as packing, restocking, counting, and light cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and equipment.
- Ensure tablets, scanners, and carts are clean and functioning properly.
- Support team productivity and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
- Meet daily and weekly picking goals with high accuracy.
- Remain flexible and reliable during mandatory overtime periods in peak season.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including tablets and barcode scanners.
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and push/pull heavy carts for most of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Overtime required during peak seasons.
