Pay Rate - 18/hr. on W2
Work schedule hours are from Monday through Friday - 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Must be flexible to work overtime hours when requested on Saturdays. Candidate may be asked to start work on Monday through Friday at an earlier start time due to business needs.
Steel Toe shoes required.

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center.

• Execute accurate outbound picking and efficient putaway of inbound products utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load and off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and prevents damage.
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of other warehouse positions and assist as required.

• Experience with multiple types of MHE including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker preferred.

• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Proficient in the use of a PC.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.
