Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all baseball activities
• Develop practice plans, manage lineups, and guide player development
• Collaborate with GM on roster needs, conduct, and operations
• Foster a positive, competitive team culture
• Manage game strategy and situational decision-making

Qualifications

• Prior collegiate, high-level amateur, or professional playing/coaching experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for teaching and player development

Additional Information

• Paid seasonal coaching stipend
• Nights/weekends required
