A local employment services provider in North Carolina is looking for Employment Specialists/Job Coaches to assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining employment and providing on-the-job training. Responsibilities include developing effective employment plans, networking with businesses, and advocating for workplace accommodations. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a preference for those with experience in job coaching and working with disabilities.
