A roofing repair technician's mission is to maintain and restore roofs to ensure they are durable and leak-free. They focus on identifying and fixing damage, employing their expertise to extend the roof's life and ensure it protects against weather and wear. Through skilled repairs and preventive maintenance, they aim to prevent future issues, guaranteeing building safety and customer satisfaction. Their work is crucial for the longevity and integrity of both residential and commercial structures.

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify damages, leaks, and other issues.
• Perform repairs on various roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs.
• Replace damaged or missing shingles, tiles, and flashing.
• Apply sealants and coatings to prevent leaks and extend the lifespan of roofs.
• Work at heights using proper safety equipment and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations at all times.
• To excel in this role, you will have a passion for quality and a fantastic can‑do attitude.
• Build rapport with customers when onsite completing repairs.
• Monitor customer feedback and elevate complaints to the corresponding department.
• Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times.
• Successfully execute against assigned work orders, constantly striving to deliver superior quality.
• Adhere and comply with OSHA standards at all times.

• Basic skills in operating computer software and/or phones. We leverage technology to achieve great results. Make sure you can use it. (we will train you)
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
