Requirements

Gutter Fabrication and Installation Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Measuring and Math Skills

• Metal bending experience (experience with a K style machine preferred)

• Ladder safety and experience with ladder jacks

• Tool knowledge

• Physically capable of working on feet and lifting over 50 lbs. at a time throughout 8 hours

• Installation of roofing, and gutters

• Essential tools, including drills, chop saws, tape measure and snips

• Active and clean driving record

• Ability to safely drive and maneuver a box truck

• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
• Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active
• Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members
• ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside the box
