Field Service Technician McLeansville, NC Ronnoco Coffee LLC

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions (Trident Beverage) is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to perform outside service on coffee, tea, and other beverage equipment in customer locations throughout NC, SC, VA, and east TN. Some product delivery may be required. This job includes a company van, cell phone, and benefits, including 401K with company match.

Trident Beverage provides quality, healthy and novelty beverage items along with excellent customer service. Created in 2004 with the goal of providing a healthy selection of beverage and dispenser options to wellness oriented food service establishments, and recently acquired by Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, we now service thousands of schools, day cares, restaurants, bars and other food venues and have expanded into convenience stores and food service accounts throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and service on beverage equipment onsite at customer locations and provide excellent customer service
• Deliver product to customers based on preset route schedule and customer orders
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and supplies to ensure safety
• Plan route to and from customer locations, load and unload trucks with customer merchandise, and ensure deliveries and repairs are complete and accurate
• Assist in repairing beverage equipment in shop, washing parts, unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean company warehouse.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years' experience with appliance or beverage service
• Ability to lift 150 pounds
• Present a positive image to represent our company
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
