Freedom Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, crew supervision, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who values safety, quality, and teamwork while delivering projects that meet code, schedule, and client expectations.

• Supervise, mentor, and lead electrical crews on commercial job sites
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate material ordering and manage on-site inventory
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
• Serve as the on-site liaison with general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Track project schedules, labor hours, and job progress
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide crews toward effective solutions
• Perform quality inspections and manage punch-list completion
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations

• Proven experience in commercial electrical work with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local permitting requirements
• Experience managing crews of 3–10 electricians or technicians
• Advanced blueprint reading and project documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

Full-time, on-site role based in Mocksville, NC, with travel to regional job sites as required.
