Lead HVAC Installer

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during installations and repairs
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
• Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
• Skilled in using hand and power tools for installations and repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose system issues accurately
• Knowledge of boiler systems are a plus
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
• Valid driver's license for van driving purposes (required)
• At least three years of HVAC experience (required)
