At Terminix of the Triad, we protect homes, health, and peace of mind. Our Pest Control Technicians are everyday heroes, tackling unwanted pests like roaches, rats, ants, termites, mosquitoes, ticks, and bed bugs. This role is based out of our Pittsboro, NC branch and focuses on taking control of your career and your income.

As a Pest Control Technician based out of our Pittsboro, NC branch, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide top-notch pest control services to residential customers
• Solve real problems and help customers feel safe in their homes
• Offer solutions and sell ongoing services and add-ons like mosquito treatments and crawl space insulation - and get paid for it
• Build strong relationships and earn customer trust
• Be part of a team that values your hard work and rewards it

This role is commission-based - the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn. Our techs average 45k - 60k per year, with top performers regularly exceeding that. You'll earn based on:

• Services completed
• Sales to new and existing customers
• Monthly bonuses for hitting performance goals

We're seeking self-starters - people who are:

• Motivated to earn and not afraid of sales
• Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable crawling under houses and working outdoors
• Organized, tech-savvy, and reliable
• Team players with a positive attitude

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving preferred
• Comfortable using an iPad and digital tools
