Location: Elizabethtown
A property management company in Elizabethtown, NC is seeking residential maintenance technicians. This hands-on role requires great handyman skills and effective communication. Responsibilities include managing service requests, performing repairs, and preparing vacant properties for leasing. Applicants should have a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds. HVAC certification and apartment maintenance experience are a plus.
Opportunities to get paid weekly via direct deposit as a 1099 contractor are provided.
