Responsibilities- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and peak system performance.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommended solutions.
- Document all work performed using mobile/field service technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow all safety standards.
- Represent Carolina Cool with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
