• Ensure accurate framing layout according to the plan and instructions provided.
• Reading blueprints, plans, specs, and instructions.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Rough framing of walls, ceilings, flooring, and roofs.
• Finish carpentry including hanging crown moldings, installing window/door casings and baseboards, installing fixtures and hardware, cabinet installation.
• Shoring erection, repair/replacement of patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances, and necessary demolition.
• May also include painting.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the job site.

• Proven experience (+2 years) as a Carpenter or similar role, with a track record of successfully completing construction projects.
• Proficient in various carpentry techniques and tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Must possess the ability to read building codes, blueprints, and drawings.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and tools.

• Salary at $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
