Beargate Electrical Contracting Inc. is looking to hire multiple experienced Electricians to join our growing field operations team. This role involves hands‑on installation and service of industrial and commercial electrical systems under the direction of a foreman or superintendent. • Install conduit systems (EMT, RMC, PVC, etc.) to industrial and commercial standards
• Pull wire, terminate panels and equipment, and perform rough and finish work
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and solving field issues
• Follow all NEC, OSHA, and Beargate safety guidelines on active jobsites
• Work as part of a crew under the direction of a foreman or superintendent
• Maintain and care for tools, PPE, and company‑issued equipment
• Document work as needed and communicate effectively with team members
• Show up prepared each day with a positive, team‑oriented attitude

• 3+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, and layout
• Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and installation guides
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Beargate well on site

Full‑Time

Monday–Friday

Overtime and weekend work available based on project demands

On‑site industrial and commercial project locations

Primarily local with occasional travel projects (per diem provided)
