• Great Pay: $24 – $41/hour (based on position and experience)

• Pay Range:
  • $24 – $30/hour – Shop Mechanics
  • $30 – $41/hour – Field Mechanics
  • Field Mechanics also receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (

• Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday, 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Overtime available after 40 hours

• At least 3 years of heavy equipment technician experience
• Valid NC driver's license
• Own personal tools
• Must pass a drug test

• At least 3 years of experience with Class A and B gas and diesel trucks
• Own personal tools
• Must pass a drug test
