Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and distribution areas, including sales floors, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points for associates, vendors, and deliveries; verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and report irregularities per post orders;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, assist with loss prevention observations, and deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence
