This is an armed and driving post, requiring a valid armed guard card/license and a valid driver's license. You will deliver through teamwork while acting with integrity in a caring culture that puts people first.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.

+ Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned government facility areas, including perimeter and interior posts, with working conditions that may vary by location.

+ Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, and document entries, exits, and restricted-area activity per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local public agencies as required.

+ Complete timely reports and logs, communicate observations to supervisors, and help to deter prohibited activity through high-visibility presence and adherence to post directives.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess an armed guard card/license.

+ Have 6 months or more of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
