Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a government location by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter security-related concerns.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other systems as assigned; document and report irregular conditions, maintenance issues, and policy concerns per site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify supervisors and/or public emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift reports with clear, accurate details; communicate updates during shift handoff and/as conditions change.
