Job InformationFull‑Time Security Supervisor – $21.00/hr paid weekly (HIRING IMMEDIATELY)
Schedule- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (days and hours may vary depending on operational needs)
- Front desk and reception functions.
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Monitoring and controlling facility access.
- Conducting interior and exterior foot patrols.
- Completing detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Following all Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
- Training subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site‑specific forms; enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation.
- Fostering a superior level of customer relations/service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Managing account and officer inspections to assure compliance and exceed our commitment.
- Other duties as designated by management.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
- 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Solid report writing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State‑issued security license required; if not held, candidates must attend a licensing class held Monday and Tuesday in Raleigh through the NC Private Protective Services Board requirements.
