Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarm, video, and access control systems, receiving calls for service, prioritizing events, and communicating assignments via radio, phone, and/or messaging tools;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and local responders per post orders;
Complete incident reports, dispatch logs, and shift documentation, escalating issues to site leadership according to established notification protocols;
Support a fast-paced technology location by verifying visitor and vendor requests, issuing directions, and coordinating after-hours support in line with site procedures
