Security Officer - Main Gate Control

Location: Cleveland

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing temporary badges as directed, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing drivers, employees, and guests to the appropriate check-in areas.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems and report irregular activity, damaged barriers, and/or unauthorized entry attempts according to site protocols.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site management and/or public emergency services when appropriate and completing required reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
