HIRING IMMEDIATELY

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Security Supervisor for a high-profile client site in the Youngsville area. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for staff and visitors.

• Front desk and reception functions
• Answering and forwarding incoming calls
• Greeting and directing visitors
• Monitoring and controlling facility access
• Conducting interior and exterior foot patrols
• Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
• Following all Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of site Security Officers.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and operational & site-specific forms. Enforce consistency in policy and procedure implementation with the site.
• Foster a superior level of customer relations/service in order to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage account and officer inspections and to assure compliance and meet/exceed our commitment.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service role.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Solid report writing skills

Applicants who do not currently possess a state-issued security license must attend our licensing class held Monday and Tuesday in Raleigh through the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board requirements.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Pay: $21/hour
