What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in your region
  • Onboard and train partners’ new sales reps, ensuring fast ramp-up and confidence
  • Build strong, regional-level relationships to enhance brand presence in the field
  • Monitor and report on regional pipeline health, ensuring strategic deals are supported
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align execution and share insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of channel or distribution partner management experience with a proven track record
  • 3+ years of direct selling experience in a high-activity environment
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and innovative solutions
  • Proven success in training and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a hands-on approach
