Outbound Sales Representative responsible for selling outdoor advertising (billboards, digital displays, transit, etc.) within a defined territory through cold calls, in-person visits, presentations, and account management. Role includes meeting/exceeding sales quotas, developing long-term client relationships, preparing proposals and reports, and participating in training and company events; schedule is primarily Mon-Fri with field work and some travel. Compensation is salary plus uncapped commission, benefits include medical, PTO, 401(k), employee stock purchase, and professional development opportunities.

- A Monday-Friday 8a - 5p schedule with paid holidays, with a combination of time spent in-office and selling in the field
- First-year earning potential of $55,000 - $75,000, including commissions, dependent on experience and selling ability

What we’re looking for in YOU:
- Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in-person
- Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures
