Customer Sales & Serv Rep – FCX Performance

Apply to join FCX Performance as a Customer Sales & Services Representative. This role involves assisting customers, building relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing post‑order service in a global industrial distribution environment.

Founded in 1923, FCX Performance is a leading value‑added distributor of a wide variety of industrial products. We work with over 4,000 world‑class manufacturers to ensure that the right part is in stock and delivered when customers need it. If you don’t have prior experience in industrial distribution, that’s okay – we’ll teach you.

• Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
• Clarify customer needs, conduct research, and recommend parts after gaining product knowledge.
• Work toward and achieve monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Process quotes, take orders, and provide post‑order service.

• 6 months of customer‑service experience preferred.
• Desire to increase knowledge of industrial distribution products.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Proficiency with computers, including basic Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and Google search.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Experience with SAP / ERP preferred.
• Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics preferred.

Self‑motivated, strong prioritization and multitasking skills, sense of urgency, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and solid relationships.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications, with incentive opportunities earned based on performance.
