Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Personal Trainer who not only loves fitness but also has a hunger for sales success. As our Personal Trainer, you’ll play a crucial role in building your own book of business from scratch. While we handle marketing and lead scheduling, your focus will be on closing the sale and creating lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence:
- Convert leads into loyal clients by showcasing the value of our fitness programs.
- Use your persuasive skills to communicate the benefits of personal training and membership packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Engagement:
- Design customized workout plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Provide exceptional one-on-one training sessions and group classes.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients.
- Availability and Commitment:
- Be present at the club during peak hours to engage with potential clients.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client preferences.
- Demonstrate dedication to your craft by consistently putting in the hours.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a strong understanding of exercise science and nutrition.
- Proven track record in sales or a willingness to learn and excel in a sales role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
