As a Sales Management Trainee
, you’ll learn the Maven Roofing business from the ground up
, gaining expertise in:

• Customer service and relationship management
• Sales and marketing strategies
• Financial management and budgeting
• Operations and team leadership

Through hands‑on experience, mentoring, and community engagement
, you’ll build the skills to lead your own team

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, retail/hospitality customer service, or military leadership
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Must relocate or currently live within commuting distance of a Maven Roofing location
