We proudly say the average salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date, which may include overnight travel. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
