What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
  • Proactively engage with dental laboratory customers to drive sales of various dental products
  • Conduct face‑to‑face interactions for account management and business development
  • Utilize company tools and analytics to increase market share in lab consumable products
  • Collaborate with tele‑sales and technical support teams to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in dental or lab sales
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision‑making, analysis, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience in dental or lab sales is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to engage customers proactively
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive sales approach
  • Willingness to learn new products and techniques
