What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new customer acquisition and development within Local and Regional DSO areas
  • Collaborate with existing customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance product utilization
  • Represent the employer at industry trade shows and customer events, generating leads and promoting products
  • Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions for customers and sales teams
  • Provide training and coordination for the outside sales team to support customer growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in business computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to lead and develop virtual teams and create engaging presentations for C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Industry certifications related to dental or orthodontic products
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues effectively
  • Experience in project management and consultative skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships at all levels
