We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. We want hardworking and committed individuals who thrive in a team environment. The customer service of a Workout Anytime fitness/sales consultant must be outstanding. Our club offers 1-on-1 training, group training, tanning, hydromassage, and free HIT training tips to members while consistently producing amazing results in a healthy and effective way.
Selected candidates will receive training on our philosophies and how to meet and exceed monthly expectations.
Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities.
Candidate Requirements- Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging club tours for walk-ins.
- Ability to quickly identify potential member needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands including club cleanliness.
